The point of managing is turning other people's skills into your assets. The steps below cover the three most common operations.
Management steps
Import existing skills
Bring an agent directory or a shared skill into Flint's asset source; Flint recognizes its name and description.
Add tags
Tag each skill with your own labels (writing, Python, browser automation...) so retrieval is faster.
Deduplicate by name
When an imported skill collides with an existing asset, dedupe to keep only the newest or most complete one.
Search and filter
Find the asset you want quickly with keywords or tags.
The Obsidian analogy: these are the collect → tag → tidy actions of knowledge management. The more you tidy, the more valuable your skill list becomes.
